Ingredients: 1½ oz vodka; 3 oz cranberry juice; 1½ oz pink grapefruit juice; lime wheel

Grapefruit juice does the work here, pulling the cranberry back from candy and giving the vodka somewhere to hide. Squeeze it fresh if you can; bottled turns the whole thing into syrup with a lime on it. I make pitchers of it and claim they're for guests.

Method

Works just fine by stirring in a highball glass with ice. Add lime wheel garnish and enjoy.
