Late October, porch light on, good chocolate already gone from the bowl. Pour the grenadine slowly down the side after the wine goes in, or it diffuses and you've made a pink glass of nothing. Dessert, arguably, and nobody's checking.

Ingredients

1½ ozwhipped cream vodka
1 ozpineapple juice
2 ozpeach sparkling wine — Bella Strada Bellini peach
¾ ozgrenadine syrup
—whipped cream — for topping (optional)
—candy corn — for topping (optional)

Method

Add vodka and pineapple juice into shaker. Shake. Strain and pour into martini glass. Add sparkling peach wine to top. Slowly pour grenadine down the side so that it sits on the bottom. Add whipped cream and candy corn to the top. Enjoy!
