Christmas Cookie

Name: Christmas Cookie
Ingredients: 1 oz peppermint schnapps; 1 oz Kahlua; 1 oz Bourbon Cream

Calling it a martini is a stretch and I won't defend it — this is dessert with a stem. Equal parts lets the peppermint win on volume, so shake hard and let the dilution pull it back from toothpaste. By the second one the crooked tree looks fine.

Ingredients

1 ozpeppermint schnapps
1 ozKahlua
1 ozBourbon Cream

Method

Add ingredients to the shaker and shake with cracked ice. Pour into martini glass. Enjoy!
