Dubliner Manhattan
manhattan · bourbon
Grand Marnier is doing half the sweetening here, which is why the vermouth pours short for a Manhattan and the orange bitters aren't redundant. Stir it — there's no juice to froth, and shaking only clouds a drink with nowhere to hide. The name says Irish, and I still reach for bourbon.
