Ingredients: 2 oz BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon; 2 dashes orange bitters; ½ oz lemon juice; ½ oz cranberry juice; grated nutmeg

The bourbon comes pre-sweetened, so there's no syrup in this and none needed. Lemon and cranberry are both acid here, which is why each stays at a half ounce — go bigger and the whole thing goes thin. Grate the nutmeg fresh; I've tried the lazy way and it tastes like a drawer.

Method

In a shaker, combine ingredients with ice, shake, and mesh strain into a cocktail goblet.
