Spiced Orange

Name: Spiced Orange
Ingredients: 2 oz BSB; 1½ oz unfiltered apple juice; ½ oz orange juice; dash lemon juice — freshly squeezed; 1 whole clove; apple and orange slice, and a cinnamon stick

Bourbon with juice in it, which someone will call a waste of good bourbon, and they aren't entirely wrong. One clove is the limit — two and you're drinking a pomander instead of a cocktail. It's what I make when the cider table has already been picked over.

Ingredients

2 ozBSB
1½ ozunfiltered apple juice
½ ozorange juice
dashlemon juice — freshly squeezed
1 wholeclove

Garnish

apple and orange slice, and a cinnamon stick

Method

In a shaker, add ice and shake. Garnish with apple and orange slice, and a cinnamon stick.
