Jentini
martini · gin
Pale orange in a martini glass, and the first sip is more tart than the glassware leads you to expect. The gin is carrying passengers here, so when it lands wrong, adjust the elderflower and the lemon against each other and leave the gin where it is. Jen likes it sweeter, and it's her name on it, so that's the version I make.
Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- ½ ozAperol
- ½ ozelderflower liqueur
- ½ ozlemon juice
Method
Add ingredients to the shaker and shake with cracked ice. Pour into martini glass. Enjoy!
