Mai Tai
sour · rum
A tiki drink that drinks more like a rum sour than the fruit punch most people got at a resort. Two rums split the work and the almond syrup only rounds the edges, so measure it light. Leave the umbrella in the drawer.

- 1 ozAged rhum agricole — Martinique
- 1 ozFresh lime juice
- ½ ozOrange curaçao
- ¼ ozOrgeat
- ¼ ozSimple syrup — 1:1
