Paper Plane

The bourbon looks outnumbered, and it is, but everything here gets poured the same size, so nothing wins. Use a good amaro — a cheap one goes medicinal and drags the lemon down with it. Strain into a chilled coupe, or whatever you own that's closest to one.

Ingredients

  • ¾ ozbourbon
  • ¾ ozamaro
  • ¾ ozlemon juice
  • ¾ ozAperol

Method

Add all ingredients and shake with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
