Ingredients: 2 oz gin; ½ oz orange liqueur or triple sec; ½ oz fresh lemon juice; 1 egg white

There is an egg white in it, and that is on purpose. Shake it once without ice and again with, because the egg is doing texture rather than flavor and needs both rounds to get there. The foam won't wait for you, so drink it standing near the shaker.

Ingredients

2 ozgin
½ ozorange liqueur or triple sec
½ ozfresh lemon juice
1egg white

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass and enjoy.
