Elderflower Martini
martini · gin
Elderflower liqueur poured in the same measure as the gin isn't a modifier, it's a co-owner. Use an assertive London dry and don't skip the lime, because the acid is the only thing keeping this out of hand-lotion territory. It's a martini the way I'm a bartender: technically.
