Perfect Martini

Name: Perfect Martini
Ingredients: 2½ oz Gin (or Vodka); ½ oz sweet vermouth; ½ oz dry vermouth; 2 blue cheese stuffed green olives

Faintly gold instead of clear, and rounder than the version people order to seem serious. The even split of sweet and dry vermouth is what earns the adjective — it's a ratio, not a review. Cut both back to a capful when you want the gin doing the talking, which is most nights.

Ingredients

2½ ozGin (or Vodka)
½ ozsweet vermouth
½ ozdry vermouth

Garnish

2 blue cheese stuffed green olives

Method

Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Garnish with stuffed olives. May want to back off on the vermouth (only a cap full of each for more gin flavor).
