Next to a dry Martini, this is practically hospitable — Lillet where the vermouth would go, and apricot doing the smiling. Keep that apricot at a quarter ounce; any more and the drink turns into dessert wearing a suit. The name is the only dry thing here.
Ingredients
- 1 ozGin
- 1 ozLillet Blanc
- 2 dashesLemon juice
- ¼ ozApricot brandy
Garnish
Twist of orange
Method
Add all ingredients into shaker, half full of ice. Pour entire contents into martini glass. Serve with a twist of orange.
