Ingredients: 2 oz apple cider; 1 oz pomegranate juice; 2 oz El Jimador Tequila — or silver tequila; several chips dry ice — added to glasses just before serving

Next to an apple margarita, the difference is no lime and a great deal of fog. Use small chips of dry ice and let them stop smoking before anyone sips, because swallowing one ends the night at the ER. Halloween buys me exactly one steaming drink a year.

Ingredients

2 ozapple cider
1 ozpomegranate juice
2 ozEl Jimador Tequila — or silver tequila
several chipsdry ice — added to glasses just before serving

Method

Combine ingredients with ice in a martini shaker. Shake to mix and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add dry ice to the glasses just before serving.
