Salted Caramel White Russian

There is no vodka in this and no coffee liqueur, so the name is a courtesy. Drizzle the caramel and pull it up the sides before the ice goes in, because it won't climb a cold glass. I have never made it to a second one.

Ingredients

• 1 ozsalted caramel Whiskey
• 1½ ozIrish cream
• 1 ozamaretto
• 1½ ozheavy/whipping cream — half and half or milk in a pinch
• —melted caramel — for glass drizzle

Method

Drizzle melted caramel on the inside of a glass (if you can, start at the bottom and pull the caramel up the sides with a spoon). In a cocktail shaker with ice add salted caramel whiskey, Irish cream, amaretto, and milk. Shake well and pour into the prepared glass with ice.
