Scotch Cobbler
other · scotch
Late summer, when the market fruit is better than anything you'd plan a drink around. The curaçao and the fruit are doing the sweetening, so two dashes of syrup is the whole allowance — more and the scotch disappears under it. The politest excuse I've found to drink scotch from a tall glass.
