Ingredients: 1 oz Bourbon; 1 oz London dry gin; ½ oz Fresh lime juice; 2 dashes Angostura bitters; Ginger ale — to top; more if you're really hung over; Mint sprig

Bourbon and gin, in the same glass, on purpose. The lime and bitters are what keep those two from arguing, so measure both and let the ginger ale go on last. I have made this at eleven in the morning and would do it again.

Ingredients

1 ozBourbon
1 ozLondon dry gin
½ ozFresh lime juice
2 dashesAngostura bitters
—Ginger ale — to top; more if you're really hung over

Garnish

Mint sprig

Method

Add the bourbon, gin, lime juice and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with the ginger ale. Garnish with a mint sprig.
