Kentucky Mule

Name: Kentucky Mule
Ingredients: 2 oz Bourbon; 1½ oz Lime juice; Ice cubes; 4 oz Ginger beer; Lime wedge and mint sprig

Same build as a Moscow Mule minus the vodka, which was never the part anyone was defending. The lime here runs nearly to full sour proportions, and it has to — bourbon and ginger beer will go sweet on each other the second you look away. The copper mug does nothing; I own four.

Ingredients

2 ozBourbon
1½ ozLime juice
—Ice cubes
4 ozGinger beer

Garnish

Lime wedge and mint sprig

Method

Pour bourbon and lime juice into mule mug. Add ice. Top with ginger beer. Stir to combine. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
